4pm on Saturday John rang suppliers for the unusual tyre size needed to replace the flat (when other mobile tyre companies declined to do so). Michael picked up the tyre when the suppliers opened next morning and fixed it within half an hour. Both were very personable, friendly and professional. The price paid was fair. This company was superb. Jon took the time on the phone to understand the problem, then the following day made two separate callouts to sort out the issues, and phoned me to update me on timings throughout. He gave lots of helpful advice while attending the vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with.
