What an amazing company. Were prompt to reply to my message regarding new tyres. Kept me informed when they were to be arriving. Superb knowledge when asked for advice. Excellent service. I can honestly say that Paul from Driveaway Tyres was brilliant. He sourced the battery for me and came out and replaced it on the same day. He explained that due to my stop/start engine I would need a particular battery which would cost slightly more than an ordinary one. He did all the necessary checks, which included the car's alternator, which he recommended that I had it checked. I did and all came back fine, but he went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough.

Great service from Driveway Tyres. Speed of response was awesome and Jon's customer service and quality of work was great. Ordered a new tyre through their website, but as it was only a puncture. They could have fitted and charged me for the new tyre but were honest and repaired the old one. Will be using Jon again for replacing any other tyres, and will be recommending to everyone. Great service.
