Absolute brilliant customer service, cannot fault them! I would had been in a right pickle without them dealing with my puncture so rapidly. Mark took my call, he was friendly and kept in touch while they found the right tyre for the car. John came to my home and changed over the tyre, which took about half hour with everything. He was great, talked to me about what he was up to and also provided information about the state of the other tyres. I will definitely be using them again I the near future. Outstanding service guys, keep it up!

Had some real trouble trying to find the correct tyres for my car. John managed to source them where others couldn't. Came to my works in Langstone. Really fast, great price, fantastic service. Great service that got my out of a difficult situation on the first day of my holiday! Picked up a nasty puncture on a run flat tyre, and automatically checked the nationwide names. They couldn't provide what I needed and therefore I decided to try a local firm. Spoke to John; it was pretty late in the day and he managed to find me some tyre options and could fit that evening. He called me back when promised and kept me informed all along about arrival time. Driveway delivered great service, even checking pressures on all tyres and resetting my type pressure monitor on the car. John gave me a good price and took all the stress out of what could have been a bad start to my holiday. I totally recommend Driveway and wish them ever success.
